I love serving up this pretty pink dish made with beets from my garden. Soon, I'll be using home-grown garlic too and maybe, eventually, even the chickpeas will come from my backyard! Garden carrots & cucumbers for dipping (you can use celery too, but I'm not fond of that veggie, and have yet to learn how to grow it well)
